3 lovely postcards!

Today i would like to share with you 3 postcards that i received on saturday through Postcrossing exchanges.

The first is a lovely postcard sent from Germany. This card took only 3 days to reach me and set a record of being the fastest mail that i ever received from Europe. I am deeply impressed. Good job! The 2 stamps on this postcard belong to Carl Spitzweg painting Series and UNESCO World heritage, Monastic Island of Reichenau Series. Both are singles and issued in 2008.
Reichenau Island lies in Lake Constance in southern Germany and is connected to the mainland by an artificial causeway. It was declared a World Heritage Site in 2000 because of its monastery, the Abbey of Reichenau.

The second postcard depicting beautiful Lyngor was sent from faraway Norway. Lyngor is a group of 4 islands, which are situated at the southern coast of Norway. In 1991, Lyngor was elected as Europe's best kept village. The stamp on this postcard is part of the Tourism Series issued in 2008 shown below.

The last postcard of the day was from Finland. I had a pleasant surprise; it was sent in an envelope with some stamps. Thanks Marjatta!
The beautiful stamp used on this cover was issued in 2008 to honor F1 driver, Kimi Räikkönen on winning the F1 World Champion in 2007. Kimi Räikkönen is born on October 17, 1979 in Espoo, nicknamed Iceman, is a Finnish Formula One race car driver, currently driving for Scuderia Ferrari.
